CREATION CLOCK

Depending on our current load and customization options, the lead time to create products varies between 1-3 weeks. Please be patient and contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

CANCELLATIONS

If for some unforeseen reason you need to cancel, please send us an email up to 24 hours after placing an order and we will be happy to return your funds. With the majority of our products being made to order; we can not honor cancellations after the 24 hour period has passed. 

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping fees calculated by our site are not always accurate.  Depending on the weight and size of the package as well as the destination, we will seek out the best rate for your personal package. Please note, we may need to send an invoice for shipping charges not accounted for during sale, or conversely, refund any overages that we find. We will contact you via email with any discrepancies that pop up and thanks for your understanding in advance.

We do our best to work with customs and mark everything down on the package invoice but can not promise your select country will not ask for tax when being delivered. fusion elementals is not responsible for fees incurred after a package has been shipped.

All shipments will be insured so please keep packaging and products handy for pictures in case there is an issue during transport.

RETURNS

Being handmade to order with quality and care in mind, fusion elementals does not offer returns or refunds on products produced and shipped. All sales are final.
